8.75% sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to your bill. Tax Exempt organizations must present Tax Exempt form with deposit.
A $50.00 deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation.
Payment shall be made the day of the Function by cash, check or Credit Card (Amex., M/C or Visa)
Deposits made to Carmine's will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation, unless we can schedule another party of similar value for the particular date, time and room reserved for your event. Deposits must be paid at time of reservation to guarantee room confirmation.
It is imperative that this office be notified oft he exact number of guests attending at least one (1) week before the party. This will be considered as a guaranteed (5% variance) amount for which you will be charged even if Fewer guests attend.
